Hot Pepper Jelly Uses
*Turkey Sandwiches
*Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
*Mix with Ranch Dressing 50/50 for a tartar sauce or dip for chips, veggies, etc
*Marinade Meat
*Apply to pork loins, chops, chicken towards the end of grilling
*Put on chicken tortillas
*Tastes great on fish-crappies, walleye, salmon, etc
*Use alone as a dipping sauce instead of ketchup or bbq sauce
Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Bacon
Toothpicks
Wash and slice jalapenos in half. Carefully scoop all seeds out of the peppers, making sure to wear gloves. If you don't wear gloves, do not touch your eyes afterwards. It will burn!
Fill the pepper halves with cream cheese. Wrap each pepper with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. When ready to eat, drizzle with Simply Homemade Raspberry Hot Pepper Jelly. Delicious!
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. quick oats
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 cup Simply Homemade Apricot Jam
Mix dry ingredients. Blend in butter. Put 2/3's mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Spread with jam. Cover with rest of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
